Shipping & Refund Policy

  1. 1Shipping Policies
    • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
    • While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. However, we will inform you before doing it.
    • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package and call our Customer Care at +91 7977085526 or contact us, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
    • You can check the status of your order on our website.
    • Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
  2. 2Shipping Partners
    • We use Tirupati, DTDC, and Bluedart to ship our products to your destination as available during checkout and chosen by you.
    • We can also ship through Speed Post on special request to remote locations if you think that our shipping partners do not have coverage or have served you improperly.
    • HOWEVER, WE CAN’T GUARANTEE TO COMPLY WITH YOUR REQUEST. This is because each shipment's content is verified by the post office before acceptance. If they feel the item may be damaged, they will not accept the shipment.
  3. 3Shipping Time / Delivery Time
    • We make our best efforts to ship your order within the same day. 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours.
    • We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY.
    • Same-day delivery will be available for orders placed before 01:30 PM (Except Sundays & Public Holidays).
    • Customers can expect their orders to arrive between 3 PM - 10 PM.
    • Shipments through BlueDart, if created before 02:00 PM, will be picked up by them on the same day. Otherwise, the shipment will be picked up on the next day.
    • Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 2-5 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping company has its own methods and intermediate transit locations, making the delivery time unpredictable.
    • Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of placing last-minute orders.
  4. 4Guarantee/Warranty
    • All items are delivered with a standard warranty (unless otherwise specified) to protect customers from any manufacturing defects.
    • If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within this duration from the date of shipment of any defective product.
    • You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns, and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product.
    • We will replace or repair the damaged products at no cost, with shipping prepaid by us. In case we do not have the product in stock for replacement, we will issue a 100% refund.
    • No warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
  5. 5100% Refund/Replacement:
    • We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality products as mentioned on the website.
    • To protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch, or missing parts, we provide 2 days (from the date of order delivery) to report the complaint. Kindly contact us.
    • Our technical team will visually verify the submitted details and issue a number to return the material.
    • Once we receive the product, our experts will verify the reported issue and send the replacement items to the customer with shipping costs prepaid by us.
    • If we do not have the product in stock for replacement, we will issue a 100% refund.
  6. 6Canceling An Order
    • You can ask us (by Email only) to cancel your order or update an address. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day.
    • Only orders that are still in "Pending" or "Payment Verification" status can be altered or canceled.
    • If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter or cancel it.
    • In some cases, order cancellation may attract a 5% bank charge depending on the payment method used by the customer.
    • Directronics reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
  7. 7Return Guidelines:
    • Once we confirm the faulty item cannot be repaired by the customer or by Remote Desktop (TeamViewer), we will issue an RMA Number.
    • You must mention the RMA Number clearly on the shipping boxes. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging.
    • Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt.
    • All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.
  8. 8Limits Of Responsibility:
    • We accept no responsibility for the improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed when hooking up electrical components.
