Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. 1Warranty & Replacement Policy
    Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all items come with a standard warranty covering manufacturing defects.

    Report any defects within the warranty period from the shipment date.

    You must pay return shipping for exchanges; upon verifying the defect, we will reimburse the return cost.

    If the product is confirmed defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you, including prepaid return shipping.

    If the product is out of stock, a 100% refund will be issued.

    Warranty is void if the product is damaged due to misuse, static discharge, negligence, accident, modification, or any kind of alteration including soldering.
  2. 2Replacement / Refund Process
    To initiate a return or replacement:
    • Email us with photos of the damaged product.
    • Our team will assess the issue and guide the next steps.
    • If applicable, we will issue an RMA number.
    • Once we receive the returned product, we will verify the issue and:
      • Send a replacement with prepaid shipping, or
      • Issue a full refund if the product is unavailable.
    Note: All returns must include the original packing list and clearly mention the RMA number on the outer shipping box. Do not write anything directly on the product packaging.
  3. 3100% Refund / Replacement Guarantee
    We ensure accurate product descriptions and top-quality items. If your order has:
    • Shipping damage
    • Item mismatch
    • Missing components
    You must raise a support ticket within 2 days of delivery through our website. Once verified, we will proceed with replacement or a full refund if a replacement is not available.

    No refund/replacement will be provided for products that are soldered, modified, or misused.
  4. 4Order Cancellation Policy
    To cancel or modify an order:
    • Send an email request to Customer Service.
    • Only orders in "Pending" or "Payment Verification" status can be canceled.
    • Orders in later stages cannot be altered or canceled.
    • Cancellations may incur up to 5% bank charges, depending on the payment gateway used.
    • Order cancellations or returns without valid reasons are not accepted.
    Directronics reserves the right to make the final decision on all cancellation and refund requests.
  5. 5Limits of Responsibility
    Directronics is not responsible for incorrect installation or improper handling of products.
    Electrical polarity and wiring instructions must be properly followed.
