1. 1Shipping Policies
   At Directronics LLP, we strive to deliver your orders in the fastest possible time and in excellent condition. To ensure reliable delivery, we ship only through reputed courier partners.
2. 2Shipping Information
   We aim to ship all items in your order together. However, due to the nature or availability of certain products, this may not always be possible. You will be informed in such cases.
   
   If you receive a package that is damaged, tampered with, or in poor condition, please refuse delivery and immediately contact our Customer Care at NA, quoting your order reference number.
   
   You can track your order using the “Track Your Order” section on our website.
   
   As per Indian tax regulations, all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price.
3. 3Shipping Partners
   We use leading courier services like Tirupati and Anjani based on availability and your selection during checkout.
   
   For remote areas not covered by our standard couriers or in cases of delivery issues, we may ship through EMS Speed Post on special request. However, we cannot guarantee compliance, as EMS may reject items they consider fragile or unsuitable for shipping.
4. 4Shipping Time & Delivery
   We dispatch 99% of our orders within 24 hours, and same-day dispatch is available for orders placed before 1:30 PM (Monday to Saturday).
   
   Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
   
   Same-day delivery (for applicable locations) is fulfilled between 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
   
   For shipments created before 2:00 PM, same-day pickup is ensured; else, it will be picked the following day.
   
   Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days across India, but delivery timelines are subject to courier operations, transit points, and unforeseen delays.
   
   We recommend planning your purchases with sufficient buffer time instead of relying on last-minute deliveries.
